There is dirt or air somewhere.
With it idling, CAREFULLY loosen and re-tighten each injector line at the injector.
You're looking for one that doesn't react, or that clears up the miss when you re-tighten it.
Normally if things are right, loosening the line will release fuel pressure and cause it to miss, tightening it back up will make it go away.
If you isolate which injector it is and it won't clear up, you can assume it's a fuel delivery issue.
Sometimes low lift pump pressure, or a supply leak, can areate the fuel and cause it to miss.
