Star Wheel and Full Power Adjustment
Is it safe to turn the star wheel and full power screw with everything stock except for gov spring? If so how much can i go?

Yes! full power/ full load screw is where most of your power comes from! I turned the starwheel all the way down removed the nylon washer, rotated fuel pin to the deepest setting and screwed in the full load screw (back of pump) in like 3.5 turns on a bone stock truck and it made a world of difference!!
You'll really see a big difference in top end power with the load screw turned in, in my opinion. all the other mods really seemed make around town driving more enjoyable! Hope this helps

be careful with the full power screw. go in 1/2 turn increments (with the truck running) and rev the engine after each increment. If the RPM's dont come back down like normal then you need to stop and turn the screw back out 1/2 turn. if you go too far the engine can rev out of control.
