I wondered this last night... What happens if your adjusting the screw and RPMs start hanging or your truck is running away and you back off the power screw? Would it stop the runaway? Just curious. I already know mine is less than 1/2 turn from hanging rpms.

What about using the manual fuel cutoff to stop runaway?

im pretty sure that doesnt work or else everyone would just use that method.

Anyone got a picture or a real accurate desciprtion of this 'fullpower' screw? I'm guessing its further downthe pump than the 'smoke screw' ?

to all newbies ,like me and guys who havent messed with their pumps, read all the stickies on the pumps, i found that when you understand how the pump works, and where everything is, as found in the stickies you will be better equiped to tune your truck.
