thanks guys il try it in parallel. i have em wired in series. i can keep my grounds all hooked in series as long as i just hook the 12v power in parallel

actually let me ask this i have all the hot wired into each other with crimps so wouldnt that techincally be in parallel? its kinda hard to explain with out showing it

im confused but you can not have +bulb- +bulb- +bulb- +bulb- thats series. you need

thats paralled. each light has its own power and own ground. you can run 1 wire up to the roof and split it into each light thats still parallel. you just cant run them light a set of christmas lights.(series_

well yes they hooked in parallel which is what i thought. all positves are hooked together and all grounds are hooked together. if it where in series the power from next light would come off the ground from the last light
