I have a 92 i/c motor and i didn't know it had this option, i never hooked it up, so i did a search on this thing to figure out what it was and decided to do go with a toggel switch. when i turn it on there is nothing, no rpm change or (clicking of solonoid)....... can i test it ,rebuild it or clean it out. i know it is getting power to the spaid clip on it. thanks shane
