Dual VE's
yup. the title says it. kicked it around on DTR for a while and came up with a plan. i got a few VE's im watchin on ebay so i can get started. NOT A DAILY DRIVER
2 VW pump pulleys
1 VW VE pump mounting bracket
1 short gator belt
custom spacer/injection pump gear nut to hold the stock gear to the main pump and provide a means to bolt on the VW pulley. (kid in machine class will do it along with my fire rings).
and either full custom lines OR find a way to join 2 sets of stock injector lines right before the injectors.
replace manual with electric fans, move battery to opposite fender well.

Yikes! That's a lot of specialized timing to make sure it doesn't know on ya. But then again, they probably need to be a few degrees different for start of injection to end of injection. One thing a coworker and I have talked about is a inline 12 pump, and have the back 6 on dump solenoids. Same theory, different pump set up.

nah, both pumps will be timed and sync'd together. might be a 5-10 degree difference but mostly sync'd together. if both pumps use 14mm heads it'd flow around the same cc's as a mild 13mm pump. i just want something unique. but ill just use 12's for now. it wont be hard, just time consuming. good thing winter's coming
