There is the tube on the autos that comes out towards the front of the tranny that has a sensor on the tubing. You can kinda see it in the pic but everything seems to blend together in the pic. So what is this sensor and do I need it?

You didn't say what year, but if you have OD this is how the PCM knows NOT to turn on the OD - when the trans IS NOT up to operating temp or is OVERHOT.

Since I screwed up the line and I'm going to hotwire the OD via a toggle switch for now, I just had a new line made that will not leak and i'm pretty sure of it ha ha. Beefy SOB!
