Default Down pipe

Looking to figure out a 4" downpipe on the cheap. Some one on here had shown how they made their own for cheap, just trying to figure out where to get the mandrel bends and the weld on v-band flange.

I have looked all over to try and find who it was that built their own and can't find any info on it. So I guess it's back to the research for now so I can figure out how to get this accomplished.

Any help is appreciated.

source automotive sells them for 180 bucks already made. by the time i added 30 bucks per bend 30 bucks for the v band flange and the pipe, it wasnt even up in the air just to order one. it was damn near the same price without the work
