Yeah I think that big of a housing you are either just running low boost low fuel or just have to dump the fuel to it to get it to spool good.

I got an Old Smokey pin, had it installed in 15 minutes using the supplied instructions and now the old beast pulls a full 5000lb load onto the highway with ease and only a small barf of light smoke when the turbo spools... Thanks again Mike!
