Might not be a bad idea to do that.

Run a jumper from the battery to it and I'll bet it runs fine. Then find the bad connection, loose/broken wire blown fuse or whatever. No biggie.

Alright so i put the positive to the solenoid straight from the battery and still no fuel the only thinks i have recently done to the truck was bump the timing an 1/8th inch but after i did that the truck started right up and drove fine till i parked it last night. I was haveing problems with the truck dieing if i completely let up from the petal but it always ran fine

That's not good. Lotsa stuff going on here and new information now, too!

You been using a pull cable and the truck ran with no voltage to the shutdown solenoid "before" this problem cropped up - corerct? That would mean maybe a previous owner already gutted the solenoid. Won't know for sure till you pull it and look. Regardless, it appears to be irrelevant to the current situation.

Quit running, no start, no fuel. Fuel filter, lift pump?

Got it going today she fired up air in lines big time. I don't understand half of the **** the guy b4 me did to the truck he spent the money to make it twin turbo but then half assed the rest of the truck. I bought with the plans of fixing everything but lost my job and have just been driving it as is for now. If it has a weak lift pump would that mater being there is a high flow fuel pump on the frame rail that i installed? or is the lift pump acting as a restriction to the external fuel pump.

Air leak, sucking air upstream of the lift pump somewhere most likely. How is that electric pump plumbed? Has the stock pump been bypassed? Make sure the filter/heater is tight. You can usually find small leaks between the tank and LP by pressurising the tank slightly (5lbs max!) with a rag and air hose in the filler for a minute, then look for the wet spot.

Oh i forgot to mention that when the jackass who owned it before thought he would be cool and install a 4 point race harness he drilled a hole in the top of my tank i tried to patch it with a big bolt and some jb weld but it still drips a little.

I checked over the lines only place it leaks is from the bolt
