Slave Cylinder Mount
i often thought about this myself because 1st gens are hard to come by here too. could you use the mount off a 24v. those have a plate where the body of the slave twists into it and then bolt to the firewall. i hope you know what i'm talking about. just i thought i had.
Ya the one from the 97 had the slave mount attached to the clutch pedel/brake mount, so we cut it off and mounted where the wires came out of the fire-wall and it ended up craking after 4 months, so now im needing to do something else.
dude your talking about a clutch master cylinder thats what connects to your clutch pedal. a slave cylinder goes on the transmission. and pushes the clutch fork in and out. as for how the master attaches. youd need to get it off a donor truck i dont think ive ever seen one be made aftermarket
you could get something like that from willwood, but i don't know how it would work on our trucks, they are made for cars, so i can't tell if they would push enough fluid to make the slave have full travel MasterCylinder Master Cylinder
they are for brakes but i don't see why they couldn't work.... just a thought
