It's not a special fitting or tube. You can make a new one out of 1/2" (I think?) diameter steel line and a flaring tool.

i dont have one, or at least if i do i cant find it. i would just cut it before the sensor port, and run 1/2" line to the tranny from there. and on the tranny end find a barbed fitting that threads in there with some hose clamps. should suit you fine

Do you have a Parker Store close by? They specialize in hydraulic fittings, so they can get you rigged up with a permanent fix. Helped me with w/a line on an 04 F350 I had last year

i'm sure a decent auto parts store could hook you up, if anything use a compression fitting, with a flared piece of tubing. i think the cooler lines realistically would be around 3/8 in... its usually the largest line auto parts stores stock. the threaded fitting might even screw into the cooler fitting, but it'll come pre-flared just gotta cut it to desired length, bend it and then use the compression fitting to tie it into the existing line. just use a bit of emery cloth or fine-ish grit sand paper to clean up the line and give it a nice clean surface for the ferrule to clamp around.
