doese any one know whats wrong

91 cummins it is kinda hard to start sounded like it was missen lots of gray and blue smoke does any one know what it could be

timing?
pump pressure?
fuel pressure?

grey smoke is typically an injector or injection pump issue

fuel filter thats what mine did when it clogged or when my drain spout stuck open
