Me and my dad installed my hx35w lastnight till 10 o'clock lastnight and we started at 6 haha so we had to overcome some problems but we got it in. we cranked it up and it sounded great but we had smoke coming around from the flange on the exhaust housing but every thing is super tight ???

i dont wanna sound dumb but its coming from the back of the housing at the flange where the exhaust attaches

 

Sounds like the exhaust isn't lined up correctly. Have to take it loose and jocky it around then tighten it back up.

 

we did twice the v-band lines up perfect wit the exhaust housin and will the hx35 scream more with a 4" exh and a cold air intake????

 

You'll get a little more lag at take off is all.

 

hb the hx35 we took the silencer ring out and we using the stock 3" muf exhaust and the stock air intake will it whistle louder with the 4" exhaust and the bhaf cold-air intake
