to my understanding the 3.07 gear set is no longer manufactured. best bet is to find a set from a junk yard.

 

Does anyone knows what kind of gears came on an 89 rear axel, Dana 60?
The 89 axel came off from a Dodge 3/4 ton gas Eng 4x4 and an auto tranny.

..and I am saying is D60 because it's a lot smaller than the axel on my 93 2wd diesel.

any help will be appreciated.

I do use my truck mostly 4 time a year to tow a goose neck trailer w/ a 5000lbs 79 land cruiser. if it helps.

..and no the land cruiser on my avatar is not the one I tow, is the older one like a Heep

 

i was wondering what gears came in the i/c 3/4 4x4 trucks, mines a 92 and was wondering because mine will go into overdrive, 4th gear, at about 40-45 mph.

 

'90 auto should already have 3.07s. The '92 auto/518 is going to be 3.54, although 4.10 might have been an option.
