Default Adjustment Screw Questioni
i have a 91 cummins and was going to turn it up but i think someone has all ready messed with it is there anyway to tell how many turns it has been turned

If the tamper-proof cap is off, then it's more than likely been dicked with. Is the welded collar still on the screw? If that is gone than it's been turned in a good bit already.

yeah i know its been messed with i just want to know how many turns so i can keep track of whats done to it and so its not to high
