anyone running a sacs clutch?
any good?
i didnt put it there when i bought the truck it had 456,000 and bone stock i pulled the motor and trany and there sits a all most new SACS clutch i looked it up on the web and this model supports 500 hp and 1250 tq the PO did do a lot of towing but thats kinda heavy duty for that?

oh iam gonna tear this motor down and rebuild it is there a good thread about this or should i make a documentary

Stock 1st Gen's have a 13" Sachs clutch, which are supposed to hold quite a bit of power, and last a good long while, unless you get them hot. It may very well be the stock clutch, or a stock replacement. Is it 13"?

idk it has heat marks in bolth plates but there not worn at all ahould i have them machined?
