ok so i pretty much have my pump maxed out on all the adjustments but now it idles way too high and i have the idle screw backed all the way out. i know there is another way to get to idle down i just dont know how. can someone please help me.

You might have to grind some of teh lever away.

did you re-index the linkage?

 

My lever on my 4bt has a trun down that cant be ground down.the only other possibility is readjusting the throttle shaft on the splines.Rotate the lever counter clockwise 1 spline.youll probably have to turn thef uel up some more though.
