Idle adjustment????
If you can't set the idle using the low-idle screw to the point where it's acceptable, then it's time to replace the pump, or at least the head and rotor if you're going to do the work yourself.
I'd try to play a little with the fuel screw and throttle lever first to see if I couldn't get it a bit better...
You could always turn the air conditioner off and shift into neutral when you stop.

Ya figured i need to mess with idle, and I should add turn on fuel screw and what to do about throttle lever?
Ya when I come to a stop, I usually just shift into neutral so the motor isn't lugging.

If you haven't tried raising the idle yet, that would definitely be the first thing to do.
Shoot for it to idle around 700-800 RPM in neutral, 600-700 RPM stopped in drive, or whatever sounds right.
If you don't have a tachometer you can get a cheap photo tach off eBay for $20-40.
