Default 1989 first gen 12v

i just bought a 1989 first gen 2wd auto but with a bad fuel leak. The truck will not run but on starting fluid and leaks fuel very bad at the back of the pump all it does is suck air and wont run. has anyone had a issue like this before

Bosch gasket kit DGK-121 is a good place to start. Might as well throw in a 3200 governor spring while you are in there.

yep.. I would upgrade the cam springs while he is in there also .. the dgk-121 is on national back order right now but there is other brand kits that work well.. some don't come with the front seal but can be purchased sep.. I get all my parts from dfis...in Oregon..503 235-1947
