I'm starting a frame off restoration because new trucks are sh#t. It's a 85 W150 body, 91 W250 frame and 5.9 cummins 12 valve drivetrain. Were can I get a new complete harness for these trucks, if not were could I get a used one? every junk yard I've called doesn't have one, I'll buy one from anywere that has one. If I can't get a new harness then at least a wiring diagram for the diesel truck?

 

you could wire just the motor pretty easy and probly run auto meter gauges and put everything on toggle switches. The stock wiring is the achilles heel of these trucks I have called painless numerous times to try to get them to make something but they wont. But if you really wanted the crapy 22 year old wiring you could find it on ebay but its probly been hacked up and is most likely a fire hazzerd just MHO

I would get an "ed wiring kit to cover the basics (you can't buy bulk wire for what it cost) and then hand string or save the rest

I was thinking about using a painless kit to run everything execpt the engine. I going to so a complete front to back rewire, no F%#in around. She's only getting the best in every part of this resto not just wiring, no expenses spared.
