Go with the older AirDog 150 and call it a day. Mine has never let me down and is set to 15psi. There are some for sale cheap if you look...

Go to O'Reillys and get one of the old Carter Rotary Vane pumps, usually pumps about 12 psi....and no more, but I always run a regulator, sometimes you get one feelin' its oats and its pumpin a little more. just set the regulator to 12 PSI....I believe the # is 4501, the folks in the back will know the one I'm talking about. About $80....maybe a little more, unless you have a commercial account.

I'm having the same issue not to hijack but I have a good one off my old 24v. Would that over pressure the system? What kind of regulator are you running. I got one in a wrecked race car.

The electric pumps you all mention.... in-tank submersibles, or mounted to framerail?

You have to regulate it to 15psi, get a spacer and the line is different.

Nevermind. I'm thinking 12valve. My 24V lift pump barely made any pressure.

Soooo my 12 valve VE has the low pressure piston pump and it puts out over 15 psi. Do I need to remedy this somehow? Seems to be about 17psi.

17psig is fine. Won't hurt a thing.
