Low on fuel, bad lift pump, clogged filter???? I dunno, out of ideas. The sparks is not a good sign at all, IMHO.

Somthing bad in your turbo pull the intake boot off and check for play in the compressor wheel.

Rusty fuel filter means a rusty fuel tank, or rusty lines corroded by water that can cause a spark in you ingnition but its also proably running hell on your injectors on injection pump.

the truck runs great now. i have all stainless steel fuel lines, composite tank so its not possible for rust and i think its only rusty since when i did the head gasket i left the intake hor off and the mount for the fuel filter and havent really remebered to do the fuel filter. im doing a full cleanout of the fuel system and will let you guys know how it goes.
