Default 215hp 2nd gen injectors on 1gen VE pump

Will this have a positive effect on my friends 1gen ?

Any ideas for how to build a steady 350hp truck, used for towing and daily driving...

i was thinking 215 sticks from a 2nd gen, HX35/40 hybrid, intercooler, turning the fuel pin 180°, tampering with the power screw and turning the smoke screw a bit in...

How much will that 727 hold up to? He has some sort of a trans, kit... not sure what it is but we're looking to build the tranny

I think it the engine and tranny comes from a 1990 1gen, it's a non-intercooled with a BANKS exhaust housing upgrade...

Won't work. 1st gens have a lower pop pressure then 2nd gens. also the lines wont screw on.

The lines are different sizes and on a 90 the holes for the injectors are too large as well

I could be totally wrong but i believe they make adaptors so the first gen lines will hook up but even then you would need to have the pop pressure set to the correct pressure. Just buy a good set of aftermarket injectors. Somebody will chime in on what injectors to get

Shipping and taxes is killing me, no matter how small of an object i buy....

you can always double the price of the object+shipping...

Contact Jamie at CPP he sells his injectors for 400 bucks atm. If you want a good mild setup i'd say a set of 5x10 or 5x12's will do you very well.

VE 12 Valve have a 12mm inlet on the injector body P Pump 12 Valve have a 14mm inlet.

Non IC 1st Gens have a 9mm nozzle 91.5-93 and 94-98 12 valves have a 7mm nozzle. You will need adapters to run a 7MM in the 9MM head. They do make them you can find them online I also sell them. They are 50.00 for a set of 6.

A set of 215hp injectors is a small but decent upgrade n the 1st gen trucks however its not going to push you to 350hp. I would look to a set of 5X0.012s or 5X0.014s. And for 350hp on a VE pump hes most likely going to need 5X0.014s.

If you need pricing on injectors PM me.

Chris

I deleted my post as it didn't make much sense when read out loud.
