Okay I have messed with it some more my pin now comes out and tryed indexing it more, just waiting on the battery to charge,when it dose crank over I get a ton of white smoke what dose that mean?

When you say rotated clockwise you mean to the third mark instead of the second

One down from the top left marking and so one up from the bottom on the right looking over the fender
