Making more boost

What ways can you make more boost with a stock turbo? Besides a boost elbow? Looking to make like 35-38lbs. Im at 30 now.

Only other thing I can think of is to block the wastegate off, which I'm sure you already know isn't reccommended

FUEL, as long as you dont put out the fire with to much... buy a $10 elbow nothing to worry about using one
