ok i finnally have the funds to fix a couple things on my truck but i dont know what this part is called

Copper washer. You can get the connected like that, or each one loose. You will need to know the inner and outer diameter of the copper washer to get the correct one.

I just bought a injector washer set, includes those and three sets of different thickness washers and the orings to seal the top of the injector nuts. 20 bucks and change. Any pump shop should have them.

so found out it wasnt the washer coming from the top where the hose connects to the injector

ya if that connection gets 1 grain of dirt or a towel fiber on it it will leak.
