96 12v auto to standard swap, how to make speedo work?

Default 96 12v auto to standard swap, how to make speedo work?
I swaped the auto out for the NV4500 and cant figure out how to hook speedometer back up. Any help?????

The speedo should be on the transfercase tail housing... if you kept the NP241 for the swap..

The truck is a 2 wheel drive and had the speedo sensor in the Trans
And the 4500 doesnt have a place for it as far as I can tell.
