Did your roller start to fall apart? Last one I did the textured roller started to dissolve as I was applying it. Went thru two or 3 rollers. Can't complain, roll on does the trick.

Roller held up fine. Never had a problem with it. I think putting the first coat on by brush might have helped....I never had to put much pressure on the roller to get the bedliner to transfer to the truck.

my guess would be shoddy prep work. I may run into issues on the back end, where I couldn't get the metal sanded down as well, due to the back bumper being in the way (yes, I got a little lazy) but I know I shouldn't have any issues on the cab.

I think the kit was about $90, and then another $3 for tape, and $14 for a box of gloves...that I always keep on hand anyway. One key note...HAVE DISPOSABLE GLOVES!!!!!! Oh, and did I mention-HAVE DISPOSABLE GLOVES! LOL. That crap is messy, sticky, and will stay on whatever it is you get it on. I'm pretty sure I went through about 20 pairs of gloves during the whole process. But I had no lining on me or my clothes, though!
