hey I have a 1996 dodge cummins and I put a new fuel filter in it t I've filled up the tank with the diesel I can't figure out why won't run right it didnt do this but I blew the trans a few weeksago then it sat till I got the new trans in it. Now it won't run right. it will run fine but then going down the road a act like it runs out of fuel . anybody have any ideas is my only way to get to work

 

Did u clean the scream out that is next to the lift pump be sure the fuel cuttoff is pulin all the way up.
