anybody know if a 8ft flatbed off a 88 chevy 1 ton will fit my 97 3500 ram dually 1ton any chance of it bolting right up or will it require new mounting brackets to be fabricated may get deal on the bed if it fits but dont want to be in it at all if it dont work i can make new mounts if needed but would rather not have to

 

What is the 88s frame width?
What is your frame width?
Does the flat-bed have 2 rails that set on the frame or just cross members?
Is the 88 a PU chassis or a cab/chassis?
Is yours a PU chassis or a cab/chassis?

 

i saw a dodge like mine this morning with a bumper from a gmt400 platform chevy on it and it fit really well. i bet the frame rails are close to the same.

 

i decided not to put flatbed on it thanks for replys though well the wife decided for me
