Default Another 47RH Problem

Hey Guys maybe you can shed some light..... If I take my truck out and run it up to 2 grand and let it shift it shifts hard and shifts are close when it hits lock up it like BAAAAAAAAAA with Smoke LOL and it drops RPMS from 2000 to 1500 with the OD off......When it is on it shifts hard but long in between all 2nd and 3rd but after that it shifts lazy. Not slipping just lazy. Changed Pot.. Changed temp sensor........It used to lock and unlock with the wind until I replaced the Temp switch.............Fluid smells burned but im guessing it from pulling my camper Still red ......2 hours down the Turnpike BAAAAA ummmmmmmm BAAAAAAAA UMMMMMM BAAAAA annoying as hell LOL help!!! I have a trans go kit.... sonex kit, billet tri disk, billet input, 5.0 strut.......All kinds of red aluminum goodies in the bottom...For lack of parts names....

Default Got it

Well seems to me that when I get busy I don't do thing correctly..I put a new TPS on it awhile ago and did not check it. I did adjust it all the way forwards but I guess it wasn't enough..... So I drilled the holes in it and moved it forward all the way and it works good along with moving the De-tent cable....I had to tighten it up ..It had slack in it...Everything's good now....Surprising how much I can mess up in a short time LOL

If your TPS craps out out on you again dnr customs sells a "delete" kit for it. It's just a potentiometer you set and leave it.
