Default Head Leak

Ok, my truck is leaking water at the front corner passenger side of head, its not mixing with oil or nothin, just leaking a little bit out and dripping down block. it was like this when i bought it and i wanna fix it. the guy i bought it off of had the head off and replaced gasket. he used the same headbolts and im wondering if i change the headbolts out one by one would it hurt the gasket cuz i know once you pull the head off you cant use the same gasket. so if i carefully replace one by one would it mess it up? or what should i do with it. i cant afford headstuds or that would be done

you can replace studs 1 by one but it sounds like the gasket is already junk. retork the studs and see if you get lucky.

That's a possibility. The heads are known to warp on these trucks, so if the previous owner didn't have the head decked, that might be the problem. Could also just need to be torqued. Head bolts require a few re-torques after some heat cycles.
