HX35 Rebuild Delay...
I am rebuilding my HX35 turbo, the compressor housing is off and 2 of the bolts to the turbine housing are out and the other 2 are loose... I've read to apply penetrating oil to the housing and heat to break it loose, all I have right now is WD40 that I used and have also used heat, the darn thing still won't break loose...
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Due to alot of heat up, cool down processes, it can be a son of a gun to get apart. Just keep at it with what your doing, more heat than anything, and pressure to get it apart, just dont let the housing contact the turbine (exhaust) blades and mess them up.
Oh and speaking from experience, if other parts of the turbo besides the bearings and such are wore excessively, you wont have much luck. I rebuilt mine with the rebuild kit, but the shaft and center section had so much wear that it was not right and locked up on me about 10 miles down the road. Everything was reinstalled correctly, and it had oil. Took it to a shop to get it rebuilt, and then had to replace the center section, shaft with turbine wheel, and also the brand new 6 blade HX40 compressor wheel that I had just bought but was damaged by the grenading turbo
