Default squeeking noise

the truck in my sig started squeeking so i put a new tensioner and belt on it still doing it what else could it be??

Fan bearing, alternator, water pump, or AC compressor. Take the belt of and see if you can figure it out by hand turning them, or get a stethoscope.

i put a new water pump on it today ecause it was leaking and it still does it i tried the hand turning everything nothin made any unusual noises
