have a chance to buy a 96 cummins 2wd c&c truck no bed new trans runs but was told injector or injectors are bad its an old company truck so when it went down the company bought a new one when it runs it dont run great almost sounds like it is knocking but not really a rod knock what does a bad injector sound like or a good way to check with out testing he wants 1500and rock solid for the truck its a pretty decent truck other then being a c&c with no bed let me know your opinions thanks alot

 

mash the go pedal is ther lots of white smoke? you could get one of those heat guns. let her warm up a bit ant check the temp on eash exhaust port. they should all be quite simaliar at idle 1 and 6 might be a fuzz warmer. just a fuzz though. thats a good price on the truck
