smoke screw on p pump???

Default smoke screw on p pump???

I didnt know there was a smoke screw on a p pump? where is it? i have already got a 0 fuel plate and the star wheel. what else is there to do inside the pump? i thought i got it all?

The smoke screw is covered by a cap on the back side of the AFC. takes two screws to remove the cover.

so do i have to take off the cap that the fuel plate is under?

In and this should help you... But all it will do it add fuel down low making egts hotter and possibly making it take longer to spool... Didn't mess with mine

what do you gain by grinding the foot? did you adjust the sprocket? I recently put a plate in and have been dien to play with the afc just didnt know what to do! ive worn out my search box looking for a thread like that!!!

More rack travel and yes loosened it up some but adjusted for full travel at 25 psi. When I get the truck on the track I may have to adjust it accordingly
