I have a 94 i need to know what all the computer runs.... only oil pressure and temp guage works.... help with any info...

 

Auto trans, ic, shut off sol. Grid heater , to name the big ones. It runs quite a few functions actually.

 

it doesnt work the shut off sol. it will run the a/c, tack, alternator, maybe one or two other things, the trucks will run and drive without a computer just if its an auto it wouldnt shift od or lock up. you could also have a bad crank sensor, it will have all of the same problems as no computer

i ran my truck for a bit with a cooked computer, i have switches for od and lock up so i just had no ac for a few days

 

heres the actual diagram. Your right the shut off solenoid isnt ran through the PCM, I was thinking the relays pulled hold power through the ASD side but it does not.
