Default #6 injector leaking coolant

Hi I'm new to your site. I have searched everywhere and haven't found a definite fix for my problem. I have a 95 dodge 12v cummins. I just put in new marine 370 injectors and 024 delivery valves. I had no leaks before I took it apart. After I got it running I noticed a small leak of coolant trickling down the back of the engine. Determined its coming from the #6 injector and running down the back. I torqued all injector hold down nuts to spec'd 44 ft lbs. Is there a coolant water jacket that the injector sits in? Or do I have a cracked head? I burn a mixture of 75% used motor oil/veg oil and 25% diesel fuel, with no mods. Thanks in advance.

the coolant is by no way coming from the injector. it could be a poped HG. or when you were doing the injectors, u could of hit one of the heater core lines and put a small hole in it and its spraying, hitting the block. or it could be a freeze plug

Whats a HG? And yeah i've thought it might be a freeze plug in the head, I live in Maine and the truck was from the coast so there's alot of rust. Thinking I could have gotten a pin hole in the freeze plug next to the injector. Has anyone ran into this problem? I know some have blown the plug out the rear of the head, but is that a possibility that the head freeze plug next to the injector rotted out? Thanks.

Oh hg is headgasket. I thought that, but the truck runs smooth with no white smoke

it could still be a HG. Mine has been leaking for months before i took it off the road to restore it, but it wasnt bad at all so i ran it. Now, if i had found oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil i wouldnt have ran it.

The problem turned out to be a cracked head due to excessive pitting in the injector hole. Replaced the head, HG, and used ARPs to keep it all together
