I think it's supposed to be that high so you don't have idle problems when it's cold.

It's supposed to be that high so that the injectors don't plug up from the inefficient fuel use.

Just to clear this up as the mark's are different form 0-1k is the last blakc mark before 1 500, so i shuld be aiming to get the needle about halfway between that mark and the 1k mark?
