what gear ratios should i get?

35's will take off about 150 RPMs with 4.10s its like having an overdrive

All in all i think you would be best off with a 3.73 in my opinion.

3.54 my truck gained about 20 mph on the interstate and fuel was way better tell i ripped my rear apart now im back on 4.10s and hate it

Did OP ever change his gearing around? My truck currently has 4.10's with a detroit electrac locker and I'd reaaaaalllllllyyyyyyyyyy like to change it! Considering this locker is discontinued and I don't have much knowledge of differentials, would other gear sets be compatible with the locker itself or would I have to change the internals completely? Considering my diff cover also has the whole set up welded onto it... And when you change the rear end ratio do you have to change the front too? Not sure if that's a no brainer question or not but I thought I'd ask.

Yes... gotta change both ends... If you have 3.73's or 3.54's out back, and 4.11's up front, you'll be spinning the rear tires while the fronts don't want to go forward fast. Then, when you're in reverse, you'll be spinning the rears while the fronts drag ***. God forbid you grab traction suddenly. You'll quickly identify the weakest portion of your drive train, and it'll probably be something expensive.
