I'm looking at a 1997 2500 extended cab long box 5 speed upgraded clutch and flywheel 250 HP fuel plate up graded output shaft need up graded input cai exhaust might be able to get stacks with it has 260,000 miles in good condition what would be a good price for it he's asking $12,000 which I know is more then it's worth what do y'all think is fair
Oh and there's an airdog 150 on it

ok so looked at the truck today runs good he will take probably 9k for it has 260k on it rims, 33 in tires, exhaust 4in dp to 5in, airdog, ValAir clutch and flywheel rated at 650hp turned up 22 degrees, afe cai, custom dual intake horn not on the truck tho, he also has a set of stacks for it.
so do yall think its worth that? it just will need a billet input which is 650 from diesel dog if i drop the clutch to hard and in needs a front drive shaft 250 buck for that.
it also has a like 218 or 180 hp fuel plate

oh and i almost for got he said it leaks a little oil maybe a quart every 2 months
