i am curantley running a set off twins on my 98 12v top turbo is a 12/62/68 bottom is an ht3b 27/71/84 i was wondering about going with an ht60 23/86/94 im towing alot and wonder if this would spool faster and lower my egts and make more power to go along with it and also on the ht3b can you change from a 27cm exshaust housing to a 23cm housing with out changing anything alse and how much faster would it spool
