Sweet thanks. When I replace the washers, do you know what one is supposed to be flat or should they both be replaced? I didnt know what to do there.

Both are usually changed. You can also just simply turn them around and have the 'cup' facing outwards.

To me a smoke screw is pointless and it kills your fuel milage!
