Default starter problem?
some time it start some time just clicks but i tap on starter and use to start now only click. i just put a new starter on few months back. now wont start even if i tap on it

You might want to look at upgrading the contacts and plunger:

LarryB's Dodge starting problems solved here.

I had similar problems with my starter and this did the trick.

the small 8 mm nut on the starter that wire is the ground right? the whole stud spins is that normal

I believe the 8mm stud is actually the wire for the solenoid. The stud shouldn't be spinning.

Stud should not spin. There is a repair kit ion the link above

when i torque the nut down hold the wire and it wouldnt spin
