What size are they? Everything was assembled correctly and went together with no issues? I'd def get them pop tested and see what's goin on with them. Could have a bad/cracked nozzle as well?

he said they were 100hp but i dont think he knew for sure. im gonna take my stock tips and these tips and have each one measured to see if they are. but if the problem aint injectors wat else could it be. i also didnt replace any of the copper washers.

any place that works on tractors could probably pop test them for you. and you should have also changed those washers but that wouldnt cause this much of a problem. and not to be rude but i would have recomended just buyin complete injectors from a reputable company next time. saves headaches.

ok if its not the injectors after i have them tested and redone wat else is there to check. i think i have oil on my number 5 injectors. could just be diesel in there but i doubt it. and when i get the injectors back should i try to put them back in again or take my truck to citi diesel and let them put them in and all that good stuff. and one more thing is if its a bad nozzle can it be fixed

I would assume you'd have to just get a replacement nozzle since they're so 'delicate.'

See what the test results are. If they're all good, put 'em back on and see what happens. Just work your way backwards through the fuel system. It's too hard to say what's wrong when it's not running, ya know?

And you're quite sure that you didn't/don't have any air leaks?
