I think two 50 or or 75 gal tanks would look cool but then again ive seen a lot of the 100gal ones mounted in the middle of the bed behind the cab and they kinda look cool too.

Speak of burning houses, my apt in VA burned down this morning. My wife called at 6am hysterical. Guess one of the dumbass neighbors set their place on fire, and now we have close to 18 families without homes. The redcross arrived a few hours ago to help out, meanwhile I'm in f*cking NY and need to start heading down there.

End of thread jack! Carry on guys!

Wholly Crap! That REALLY SUCKS, this is the worst time of the year to be without a home. Luckly it was only sub freezing here for a week after my fire, our hearts go out to you and your family! I hope that you have family close, that helped us the first few days.

Fortunately our insurance has a provision to give us housing untill we get out house back. I guess if you had an apartment you can go rent a new one and not have to wait? But I did not lose personal stuff, that would have been heart wrenching. I hope everyone got out safe.

Keep warm, I know how you feel which SUCKS!

Owh, just re-read so it was a place you own not the place you live? I am going through that as well with the other unit I owned in the same building... so my mother in law is displaced as well. But for that one the insurance is paying us for the loss of rent so it is not a financial loss.

Gulf Coast would be nice! I was there a few years back and loved it.

I rebuilt the firewall and this time it looks good. The welder is really coming into it's own and I finally have everything tuned in so the welds look good and are strong.

I also rebuilt the front cross support with some frame parts I had from a Topkick... 5/8 thick Everything is looking good on the truck.

I am glad to have replaced that firewall piece I did before it looked like crap.

OK, back to work, was just taking a brake

SO,

I have been looking to go through the engine... Need your help and advice.

I purchased an upper and lower gasket kit already but what other itmes will I need to replace after 220K miles?

The plan is to run mostly stock power for now but leave room to upgrade to 500HP in the coming years. The engine will be extremly difficult to work on once fully installed, so I want to address anything inside the block now.

So, should I look at new springs, rings, cams, or anything????

I would like to build twins later, upgrade the injectors etc later...

Another consideration is that I will be running Veggy Oil, so does that play into anything I need to deal with now?

Thanks in advance.
