Default 95 12valve advice

hey guys so i just bought a 95 diesel dodge 4x4 auto,w/234xxx miles and a recently rebuilt tranny.I would eventually like to get into sled pulling but being a high school student i do not have alotta money right now.I know that dieselpower did a budget 12valve build up a couple of weeks ago but i lost the article.i would really like to start building up the tranny(47rh)what kinds of mod lists do you guys have for under 1k?thanks.

well u can always start with the afc your gonna want power not all smoke though because smoke is unburnt fuel and it creates higher egts. call me 865 659 0466 better yet text me i can give you advice on tunin your afc enough to give you a little power or enough power i can help you better over the phone but sliding the housing sliding the plate adjusting your starwheel are all simple dont fool with the screw on the back to much till u get gauges give me a call or text me tomorrow whenever

Dont do anything till you get some gauges to monitor everything. Then you can mess with the plate and afc. Building the trans first is a great idea. If you dont have to much money I would go with a nice billet converter and shift kit.

If your going to yanking a sled you need to spend about 5k on the trans.
