could the cylinder head survive this?
this is what the number 6 piston looks like after punching the head at highway speed:

Do you think the head survived?and can I use a head off of a '93 to replace it if not?

I might have to get it magnafluxed, but I'm not sure if the valves would have been bent. They look fine and I think I know how to check them, but it may be easier to just swap on the good '93 head I've got, do you know if it will fit? it looks the same to me.
I bought the truck with a pushrod hanging out of the oil pan, the guy I bought it from claimed he heard a noise in the top end while cruising down the highway, he then turned around to get home, went about a mile and heard a loud bang
