Installing Tranny temp sensor advice?
Theres only 2 places to put it - 1 is in the HOT line and 2 is in the pan. Do not pull any plugs out of the tranny - they are not there for that purpose.
You have get a swagelok fitting to put it in the hot line or B&M makes a special plug that you drill and tap your tranny pan and put the sender there.
Need more info on the Glowshift sender to help you any further.

I already know its definetly going in the hot line out of the tranny to the cooler. I guess I just need to go get a 1/2" T fitting and figure it out from there.
You got a link to some pics of your 12v Dr.Evil sounds like our trucks are similar

ive had glowshifts for 4 or 5 years and they have worked great for me, i have talk to several tranny shops here and they all told me to pull a plug out of the side and put it there and thats were i put mine and its worked out pretty good so far, the plugs are just for test ports to see what the line pressure is the a particular set of gears
